Welcome to Sculpted by Slayy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Sculpted by Slayy. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

Product Information

Sculpted by Slayy offers waist trainers and related shapewear products designed for waist sculpting, support, compression, workout use, and daily wear.

Product descriptions, images, sizing details, materials, pricing, and availability are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display product information accurately; however, colors, sizing, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, or product batches.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing information, care instructions, and policy information before placing an order.

Sizing Responsibility

Sculpted by Slayy waist trainers are compression garments and may run small. Customers are responsible for measuring correctly before purchasing.

Please measure your waist directly against your skin around the belly button area and measure your torso from your hip to your bra line. If your torso measures under 30cm, you may need a short torso option. If your torso measures over 30cm, you may need a long torso option.

We recommend sizing up when ordering. Do not size down.

Sculpted by Slayy is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received and approved before an order is processed.

Sculpted by Slayy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, payment issues, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Pre-Order Items

Products may be sold as pre-order items. Pre-order items are not guaranteed to ship immediately.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that processing and fulfillment may take additional time.

Shipping

Sculpted by Slayy ships domestic and international orders through USPS.

Domestic standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.00. Free domestic standard shipping may be available on orders over $100.00.

International standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $20.00, unless otherwise adjusted or restricted by destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take approximately 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, customs, and carrier processing.

Sculpted by Slayy is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address at checkout.

Sculpted by Slayy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sculpted by Slayy is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact us at sculptedbyslayy@gmail.com with your order number and supporting information. Please allow up to 30 days for investigation.

Customers should provide a safe and secure shipping address at checkout.

All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Due to sanitary and hygiene purposes, Sculpted by Slayy does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By purchasing from Sculpted by Slayy, you acknowledge and agree that all products are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our final-sale policy is in the event of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at sculptedbyslayy@gmail.com within 2 weeks of purchase and provide proof of the issue.

To qualify for review, the item must be:

Unworn
Unused
With tags attached
In original packaging
Reported within the required time window
Supported by clear photo or video proof

If approved, Sculpted by Slayy may provide an exchange for the same exact item purchased in the original order. Refunds are not offered. Store credit is not offered.

Customers may be required to ship the unused product back to Sculpted by Slayy before a replacement is issued. For verified defective or incorrect items, Sculpted by Slayy will cover shipping and handling.

Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for following all care and use instructions provided with their product or listed on the website.

Care instructions include:

Hand wash when possible
Machine wash separately on cold only when needed
Do not wash with other items
Do not dry in the dryer
Lay flat or hang to air dry
Do not bleach
Do not iron

Failure to follow care instructions may affect the quality, fit, structure, and durability of the product.

Sculpted by Slayy is not responsible for product damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, or use.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Sculpted by Slayy products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Results may vary from person to person. Waist trainers may support compression, posture, shaping, and workout perspiration, but individual results depend on body type, consistency, lifestyle, diet, exercise, and proper use.

Customers should use waist trainers responsibly and discontinue use if they experience pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, discomfort, numbness, irritation, or any adverse reaction.

If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether waist training is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

By purchasing and using Sculpted by Slayy products, you accept full responsibility for proper use.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, branding, website design, and other materials, is the property of Sculpted by Slayy or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

Social Media and Customer Content

If you tag, mention, submit, or share photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content featuring Sculpted by Slayy products, you grant Sculpted by Slayy permission to repost, share, or use that content for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, limitations, or exclusions.

Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed unless otherwise approved by Sculpted by Slayy.

Sculpted by Slayy reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpted by Slayy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

This includes but is not limited to issues related to product use, sizing selection, shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, allergic reactions, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
