Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to sanitary and hygiene purposes, Sculpted by Slayy does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. By purchasing from Sculpted by Slayy, customers agree to our terms and policies.

Waist trainers and all products are final sale.

The only exception is in the event of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at sculptedbyslayy@gmail.com within 2 weeks of purchase and provide proof of the issue.

Approved damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same exact item purchased in the original order. Refunds are not offered. Store credit is not offered.

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The customer must ship the unused product back to Sculpted by Slayy before a replacement is issued.

For verified defective or incorrect items, Sculpted by Slayy will cover shipping and handling.
