Let me be real I'm not big on waist trainers at all. But this one? Completely different. The quality is exceptional, the comfort is unmatched, and you can actually wear it without feeling uncomfortable. I've seen the results firsthand a consistent 6-month transformation with a banging waistline and it really made me a believer. This isn't hype. It's a solid product, and I genuinely love it.

Reminds me to activate my core

The Sculpted by Slay waist trainer helps remind me to activate my core and it gives me back support while working out. When I 1st received my trainer and tried to put it on it was definitely a struggle, but after several wears while working out it's a little easier and I can now put it on standing up. Before I put on my Sculpted by Slay waist trainer I rub Albolene Cream around my abdomen, sides and back and then wrap my stomach with Saran Wrap. The thermal lining of the waist trainer actives the cream and helps me to sweat even more. I started the waist trainer using the extender at the very last hooks, but have since moved over one hook. My goal is to remove the extended before the summer ends by continuing my workouts with my trainer Philly and consistent wear of the trainer.

This waist trainer is a MUST Snatches you in while still being super comfortable I can wear it all day with no problem. I stay in mine almost every day and the sweat it produces is crazy! If you're trying to shape that waist ; babes and get results! Highly recommend!
