Yes. Our waist trainers run small. We recommend sizing up and measuring carefully before ordering.
How do I measure my torso?
Measure in centimeters from your hip up to your bra line. If your torso measures under 30cm, choose short torso. If it measures over 30cm, choose long torso.
How do I measure my waist?
Measure in inches directly against your skin, starting at your belly button and wrapping all the way around.
How long should I wear Sculpt & Slay?
Sculpt & Slay is designed for 6–8 hours of daily wear.
When should I size down?
You may need to size down once you reach the last hook without the extender and the fit feels loose.
Are orders ready to ship?
No. Products are pre-order items. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, shipping, and handling.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to sanitary and hygiene purposes, except in the case of a verified damaged or defective item.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?

How do I wash my waist trainer?
Hand wash or wash separately on a cold water cycle only. Air dry only. Do not place in the dryer.
